These materials can be described also a Polyethylene types of the third generation. It is a further development of the HDPE materials which shows by a modified polymerization process an amended molar mass distribution. Therefor PE 100 types have a higher density and by this also improved mechanical properties as raised stiffness and hardness. Also, the creep pressure could be raised essentially.

Consequently the material is suitable for the production of pressure pipes with larger diameters as in comparison to usual pressure pipes out of HDPE with less wall thickness the corresponding pressure rating will be achieved.

The Color of the PE Pipe is a black especially to provide high protection to degradion due to the UV Radiation and so there is no limitation in external use of PE Pipe, as they are designed to withstand continuous solar radiation over a 50 year period at least.

» Up to O.D.32 mm the PE Pipes are available in Coils of 200 Meters standard length

» From O.D. 40mm upto 125 the standard length of the coils become 100 meters.

» Larger diameters are supplied in straight rods 12 meters long
